Method of preparation:
1. Standard preparation of milk porridge after 4 months:
Boil 100 ml of whole milk or 100 ml of fresh water for feeding.
Cool to 50 ° C and pour into a clean container.
Gradually add 25 g (approximately 5 tablespoons) of dry porridge, stirring continuously.
Let stand for 1 minute to achieve the desired consistency. Check the temperature of the porridge before feeding (37°C)
Tip: instead of whole milk, you can use infant formula.
2. Making dairy-free porridge with added fruit after 5 months:
Pour 70 ml of freshly boiled warm water into a clean bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of dry porridge and 6-7 tablespoons of fruit puree.
Cool, check the temperature of the porridge before feeding (about 37°C). Start introducing porridge with 1 teaspoon of the finished product, gradually increasing the portion as the child grows.
Do not reheat the porridge in the microwave.
Do not use leftover porridge for subsequent feedings.
Shelf life: 18 months.
Storage conditions: Store in the original packaging in a dry and dark place at a temperature of +3 to +25°C and a relative humidity of no more than 75%.
After opening, use within 3 weeks.
Close the package tightly after each use.
